If it is not already installed, then use the following procedure to install the latest available driver for your audio.

Open the Control Panel>Display>Device Manager

In the list of devices, look for the Realtek Audio driver, and right-click on it. Select>Update driver>Browse my computer for driver software>Let me choose from a list of device drivers on my computer>Select the driver you want to install. Then, click Next.

Restart the computer

1. I disabled all the useless apps and services in the control panel. I removed some of them including the Acer app, Acer power manager and Acer battery status. I removed the power supply from the battery and recharged it with the laptop off. I didn't have any problem charging the battery. I recharged it for two hours and only took 2 hours to fully charge.

2. I turned off the wireless and removed the network adapter. I didn't have any problem charging the battery either.

3. I uninstalled my Ccleaner app, Skype app, and Adobe Reader.

4. I have disabled all the services in the control panel. I had tried disabling the firewall but it didn't work. I have also disabled the antivirus in the control panel. I have also turned off the automatic shutdown and restart.
